How can I help?

Many of the classes at Vero are designed for cardio

and to build up muscle which is great, however, as we

age we also really need to start thinking about our joints.

Yin is the only class designed to help ‘exercise’ the

joints. If you want sustained fitness and longevity then look

at making Yin part of your weekly training program,

just like some of the global athletes around the world.

You’ll leave feeling calm, relaxed, more connected and have a great night’s sleep.
